Canning Class with Marisa McClellan (July 31)

It’s blueberry season and we’re celebrating with a special canning demonstration presented by Marisa McClellan, author of three books on canning and writer behind the website, Food in Jars.

Using both traditional canning methods and the Miele Combi-Steam oven, Marisa will make a Blueberry Maple Jam and Spiced Blueberry Chutney.

Having taught canning and preserving for nearly a decade, Marisa loves to share her knowledge and experience with new and experienced canners alike.
